Varmit?

Post: # 3547Post TLW »

Do these have a core? Tapping test sounds good all around bottom and transom with absolutly no flex. First Stream. Wanted one since '76 (Varmit) just never got around to it. Had Ally, Bullet and Lasers but wanted something completly "different" in a FISHING boat. Any help would be greatly appreciated..........

How to do tha starting set up? Probably use a Bridgeport with 2 ta ones.........

Welcome to the site. I personally don't know much about the Varmint, but this is the site that will help you get your answers. Once you have a stream it gets in your blood.

Welcome! :boating:

Check this out - http://www.hydrostreamforums.com/varmint

The Varmint uses the Vector hull really so I would assume there is a core in there. You could always ask Hotrod Todd on here as he has one and he might know more. He is also who I got my Vulture from.

Te see pictures of his just go to my Vulture Resto topic. There is a link in my signature.

Thanks for tha replys. Guess I'll get it figured out. Its gonna be an on going project. Not in any kinda hurry. Especially when its cold. Gonna pull tha top as soon as it warms up some just ta yake a look ta make sure of its inards. Seen what happens when one delaminates. I'll move this ta Restorations once I get started.
Todd's looks nice. Looks like a BP (cowl at least) on it also, so Iwill be pickin' on him later on. Thanks again..........T
