As I was buying oil the other day our parts guy said something to me about how much oil I had bought this summer and asked if I was buying it for side jobs. I haven't but I guess I'm on my 7th gallon of oil in my vegas. I didn't think I was using it that much but I guess I do go through about 2 tanks og gas almost every week. I think next year I will put a hour meter on it.
I just thought it might be interesting to see how much everyone else uses their boats.

I run mine every weekend. I would say this summer I have ran 20 or so tanks(21gal) and 10 or so gal of oil. Heck I ran 5 tanks just at the Cassville river run
My son and I have been using our Vulture every chance we get. I have a Merc 3.0 with a Mazco
14.5 x 26 RE on the boat. We have a 20 gal. tank and burn about a tank a day. A normal day out riding around is about four hours. Of coarse if we are wide open on the pad alot we burn more...

None yet this year LOL! Last year, it averaged out to a tank (17 gal) a weekend. If you keep your foot outa the carbs on these things you can go a long ways on a gallon of gas.
Hello everyone, just found this forum and have some reading to do!
I'm on my 7th gallon of 2 stroke also. I love touring around in this boat. Never hard to find people that want to ride also!. They all love it. For their size, on average I believe they are an amazing hull capable of many things. No wonder they get used!
