Just used the vin code and found out what i thought was a velero is a vegus.. Whats the dif and is it good or bad???? Im running a 200 meriner and what should i get out of it for top speed average.. Prop dose not look like it has to much of what they call pitch....How do i tell what i got? The boat and motor are 86

There should be a number stamped on the outside hub or the hub-end; something like "24P." That's your pitch, the theoretical forward direction in inches at one revolution. Keep looking, it's on there somewhere.
