Well guy Im looking at a sleek craft and it has a 285 mod Vp motor and I dont no just what a mod vp motor is :oops: . Could somebody clue me in thanks in advance. :up:

dont take this to the bank im just writing what i have been told and have read, its an old school 2.4 race engine. basically like a 2.5 promax 260 but with carbs. some were 220 and some were 260. there were also newer efi mod vp's but i cant remember when they came about. when you look at it make sure it actually is a vp not just a vp cowl on a regular engine. block should be bare unpainted aluminum :up:

just what i have been told and read. may not be completely accurate but atleast its more than what we had to work with :D
