Well..after 9 long months of labor, my AE-21 hit the water for it's maiden voyage !! I spent 4 hours and a tank of gas getting to know her! I was running 50/1 break in oil so I couldn't run hard...but I did make a few 6000 rpm passes...just enought to pack some air and get the hull to "fly" !! I have a few bugs to work out..stuck pop it valve, bad sending unit for water temp, need to secure my rear bench seat bottom from sliding around, etc. but all worked out great! The boat drew attention everywhere we went!! Here's some pictures:
