Thinking of going back with red metalflake, thats what is was originally, so I think thats what we are shooting for

You going with auto paint? I've got 2 extra jars of red flake you can have, one jar will do entire boat just let me know

Cody more than likely we are going to be using auto paint. When you panted your you had a black base coat

Yeah I used black, you could use anything you wanted, red base, burgundy, silver, grey, black, gold. out of the sun the boat will take the color of what base you use. Just get some good clear and mix flake in it. I put 3 coats of flake. Then 3 coats of top clear on bottom. Prolly put more flake on top. Used ppg paint and clear. About 500.00 for whole boat
