Fuel injection parts for 200 hp Merc

i purchased a boat and he said if i use this he would throw it in the deal so he could get better price, i decided to stick with my carbs, am wondering if anyone wants to make an offer on the parts, you can see in pic what i have to offer, i have no idea what they are off of? just that he said should fit a 200 hp Merc.
