Yes it is but as he says the rigging is poor and alot of stuff doesnt work. Im ok with that we'll get the bugs worked out and it will be nice. I love Streams

I was also hooked about that age when i saw a vector chine walk n up the mullica at about 80 sumth n .........pretty fast for a river boat back then
