Land and Sea Transom lifts

Are they still in Business I just cant find them on the web Maybe you guys can hlp me .Ive never owned a electric one ,Bought a used 1989 AE-21 The lift goes up and than gradually goes down ..Is this a electrical issue or a motor problem?

Land and sea is out of the performance market. You most likely have a hyd. Problem rather than electric.
