What is the average cost of a recore, and transom replacement. I want to refinish my hull, but not until I check the core. It seems solid on a rubber mallet tap test, but you never know. I can tell someone replaced the floor at least before the last gelcote redo, but it's flaking now, and I want to do something over the winter. Fortunately here in Savannah we don't get a bad one.
