ok I cut 4 2"squares in the floor to check the core . When I took out the pieces of balsa they diddn't look rotten or water logged.I'm just going to patch the holes,put down a new floor.Repaint the bottom with some sort of epoxy,then its interior and Motor & controls.Gonna get a good chunk ...

Man that don't look like mine.Lets say the core is rotten in a couple of spots,what could happen if I did not replace?also someone has used anti-fowling paint on the hull,is there any way to sand or a chemical made to strip without harming gel coat.Looks like gel is good in spots where bottom paint ...

I didn't post any thing on S&F . I,m gonna get it off the trailer today get it blocked up real good.still trying to figure best way to support hull so I don,t distort it.I,m guessing i,m going to have to make some kind of jig.

OK.please dont laugh,What is the core? all i'm seeing under the floor is some foam board about 2in thick,The stringer in the middle is just a formed thin channel of fiberglass mat.Under the foam board looks like fiberglass hull.
