All depends what you use the boat for. Speed, you'll want a higher-pitch (>26") cleaver or chopper...cruising around with the kids, pulling tubers/skiers etc then go with a lower-pitch (<24") 3 blade; 4 blade TrophyPlus or even the HighFive.
My dad had a 25" Laser II on his 150XR2/J-Craft. While it was good for speed, it was a struggle to get the boat up on plane while pulling a skier. Spotter had to lay belly down on the deck to get the nose down when doing deep-water starts.
