Roteisserie your boat designs

It was asked that I show my gantry crane/ rotisserie I made to work on the Virage. I got my idea from Aaron at Xtreme paint while in MN. His is basically modified engine stands. I wanted to be able to pull motors and lift heavy objects so I added his design to mine.
Aarons:
The bow end....
The transom end:
Both are adjustable
Mine...
I used 3" tubing for the uprights and gussets. 3"x6" I-beam 20' long (should have got 23')
I had 3/16" plate cut to make a 16" long sleeve for the I-beam to slide into at the top of each leg. I drilled 1/2" holes on the top of each sleeve and welded 1/2" nuts so I could lock the ibeam at the span desired.
I slid a 3 1/8" ID tube over each leg for adjustable rotisserie mounts. 2 1/2" ID pipe was welded to these which allow for common engine stand heads to slide in.
The transom plate attachment is hinged and the bolts that it hinges on are in slotted holes so there is movement on both axis's. I think Aarons plate allows for more mis-alignment than mine.
My 18' boat with the attachments take me right to the edge of my 20' I-beam.
I have drawings somewhere but couldn't find them. I'll post a pict when they show up. Found it...
