VOYAGER with 175 rude
Re: VOYAGER with 175 rude
Not trying to jack your thread but im working with the same setup as you right now and am seeing around 56 with 3 blade 24pitch if you do buy a merc i would be intrested in your chopper prop
Re: VOYAGER with 175 rude
what rpms are you running at 56? i've hit 68 now without chopper. 55 is where mine gets on the pad and is ready to open up. single biggest improvement was wedges (they are cheap) that improved my trim. got to noticing i had a rooster tail until getting on the pad which basically lifts nose and changes trim angle. the wedges gave me more trim
Re: VOYAGER with 175 rude

You need more setback from what I've been told. I just started on my voyager and everyone I've talked to, says to run 12 inches of setback. Also, what bottom are we talking? V bottom or xt?
