Got a battery in it. And the lights work, the trim works, the jack plate works but lifts crooked one of the hydrologic pistons is bent. Battery wasn't strong enough for the starter but it tried. Hopefully hear it run tomorrow. I am charging the batt all night.

I see what looks to be rotten core under that floor. I hope you plan to replace the core and transom as well as the floor. Would hate to see the boat come apart on you out on the water.
Nice looking boat for sure though.

Love that silver and blue flake.

Yea I found cracks in the transom on the top so I am going to support the bottom on the trailer and redo the core and transom

Doug in to the core and powder is all I find. Now I need to brace it up and get busy or itchy or both
