How is the gel on it? If the gel is still in great shape, maybe $800ish but if is also going to need some love in the paint (gel) department then $500 or so for a bare hull if it needs the typical core, stringers, and transom. Then again, its all what you wan to pay also.
Or buy Orangecrushs hull and just bolt on a motor and go. If Im not mistaken his hull has already had the big 3 replaced and is solid as can be.

Re: vagas xt mess, how much to $ offer
Hey there, welcome.
I have an XT and I love it. My Vegas has a lot of attributes like a smooth rough water ride, no porpoising, and a larger interior, but it's more than two feet longer and 25% heavier than a Vking. It' néeds a lot more power (read dollar$) to keep up with a 650 lb. Vector or Vking.
The one you describe, imho, is worth whatever the trailer it sits on is worth. If it needs steering, controls, and gauges along with an interior, you'll have thousands in it before you even think of powering it.
Don't get me wrong, I hope someone saves it, but if you're planning to build a lake screamer, you might hold out for the lighter vpad.
