Need help with capacity plate

I'm having a replacement capacity plate made for my Vector, the original was missing when I got the boat. I found a picture of one but I can't read the bottom left corner . Can somebody look at theirs and see if it says W.E. Pipkorn industries ? That's what it looks like it says but I thought Mr. Pipkorns name was Howard?
