I'm not one of the lucky ones with a GoPro.... yet. It's just a tripod tied in with my anchor. Primitive, but it works. The GPS mount is the stock suction cup mount that came with the Garmin. Holds on the glass just fine. If you reset the speed to zero before you start, after the day you can see what your highest speed was. The camera is a Fuji Z30---nothing special, but it works. Need something with more control on the sound... less wind noise.

The ported out Johnny really does sing. The best speed I saw yesterday was 87mph. Not superfast, but pretty good for the heavy OMC. Right now I'm turning a 27 SRX, but at 64-6500 rpm, it's not quite enough prop. I'm going to be looking for a 29 or 30 pitch for next year, and hopefully break 90. The addition of 2.7 heads (which I just bought) to get the compression up to 135-40 lbs., and a hydraulic jackplate should do the trick. Just ran out of cash this season.

You know, Chet, that Srx will still be a dandy spare when I find something I like better! (If I do!)
