WH carbs/jet size?

Just got this boat a couple months ago and was told power head is rebuilt(200hp)
I have no idea what jets are for what circuit (idle,main,air)
This is what i found are jets are .056 Top brass plug
Jets are .096 Inlet of throttle body (not shown in picture)
Where it gets interesting i have 2 cyls with .062 jets, 2 cyls with .048 jets,last 2 cyls have .080 jets Bottom brass plug(slot)
I have driven boat several times and runs good only complaint is motor will get loaded up while leaving port and i just want to get smaller pilot jets to see if solves problem.
