Like the board? Hate the board? Encountering an error or bug? Have a suggestion? Do you need a little technical assistance? Come on in, this is the forum.
So how many people here actually use Internet Explorer and how many have updated to IE9? I am thing of updating to a new image mod on the board but like in typical Internet Explorer fashion, It cant seem to handle proper code so it cant handle the updated mod properly. We are working on a permanent fix to the mod but I would really like to implement it as its much better then the one installed now for clicking on images to enlarge them but I dont want people running the new IE9 to not have things functioning correctly. Stupid Internet Explorer.
Some great more secure alternatives to Internet Explorer: Mozilla Firefox
I think Firefox v4 does that now. I have been using it for about a week or 2 now and it is major fast and much less or a resource hog then v3 was. Plus it has tons of new features and I think you can display the most visited sites as your home page or something. I havent dug to deep into it yet as its not something I would really use myself. I just have my most used sites book marks in my tool bar area nice and small and its perfect.
Whats funny is the official microsoft page is not IE9 compatible so the site has to have the emulate IE8 tag in the header of the code for it to work properly. LoL FAIL once again M$.
