Re: 79 Vulture Recore
I'm not sure why you posted my recomment from page 5. Did you have a question about it? I ended up not using the vacuum pack method. Our schedules did not allow for me to use his equipment for the duration of time I needed it for. I see 77Viper (Chet) does vacuum packing. I'll have to get a lesson from him on how to some day. Bill

Re: 79 Vulture Recore
I'm getting close. I was out wrapping up the steering last night in the high humidity. I still have throttle box, gas tank and some small electrical work to complete. My two oldest helpers are out of town for the summer. One skis shows up in Minocqua WI and the other is in NJ for the summer. The 15 year old has no interest in helping. That leaves me on my own. Because I have other boats, I end up shelving the progress on VNo2 to enjoy the summer months. It does look like I will get at least a test drive in this summer. I am really looking forward to getting it done so we can all hook up and run sometime. It is looking really great though. I will post some more pictures as time permits. I am glad to see your progress. It is going to look awesome. Bill

Re: 79 Vulture Recore
NICE!!!! Love the pictures. How did it run and what not for ya? Get any action shots of it?
I have decided to take my time on a few things on mine so come spring there will just be some small details left but it will be ready to hit the water. When it does we will have to meet up and do some boating/camping somewhere for a day or so.
This was some motivation for me here...
Great job bill.
