That's Jordan, he hit 103 with that Valero, and he has about $3500 into the build. It's a pretty cool boat! They call it the Nightmare, for obvious reasons lol here's a quick video.

Fixed the video for you. 
Thats bad ***. I have seen the pics over at S&F and it looks sweet.
Looks like it drives nice at speeds too by the looks of how little he was moving the steering wheel. Thinking he has hydraulic steering. That will be my next big upgrade after I get it on the water.
