To be honest and to keep you safe I wouldn't go up much higher. That is a light hull and with the power head so high it will not handle well and could be dangerous.

It looks like you could go up another 4-5" to where the propshaft is even with the pad. I have herd some people running 2" under but you still have a ways to get there.

I would look for a used 20" mid and driveshaft, that would work good with your jackplate. You will also need a water pressure gauge and probably a low water pickup.

:agree: 20" mid, nose cone w/lwp and would be good to go.

It looks like in some of the pics the anti-cavitation plate is above the pad... With this set-up, that may not be the best choice. I would try lowering it. Also, what RPM are you running at that speed? It seems like you you use a bigger prop with that much power and such a light boat. I wouldn't put a hydrofoil on it.

It looks like your running a stock, small hub prop on a large gearcase. You have no chance. Your putting exhaust over the blades already, and when speed increases, the wake flattens, the prop gets closer to the surface, sucks more air, and your done. Going higher will make it worse.

You must change the prop.

( Also notice where the speedo pick-up is located not a major situation but will cause problems even when set up properly )

Yep, that's not helping it either.
