Before the deck got on, I installed the gauges, steering and carpet.

That thing is looking great! Glad to see you tracked one of them down and able to bring it back to life! Excellent job my friend! Can't wait to see it on the water.

This one has been fun.

Got the deck on, motor mounted, mini rigging tubes installed, shifter and interior put in.

I had to angle the shifter to get room for your leg to get beside the steering wheel.

I’m glad I dropped the floor!! It’s actually really comfortable.

The motor was a freebie from my brother in law. It’s a 15hp Honda 4-stroke. It has power trim and no tiller arm!
It’s a20” motor and this boat has a 15” transom. I made a mini setback plate with 5” rise out of some 2” aluminum channel.

Almost done. Rub rail and a little wet sand and polish coming…
