From what I have heard you can get one through Thunderstream, previously Minx powerboats.

PRETTY SURE THE ROSE WAS ON CANADIAN BOATS ONLY. PIPKORN DOESN'T HAVE ANY RECOLLECTION OF THE ROSE ONES. JIM TUCKER DID A FEW THINGS WITHOUT PIPS CONSENT, SUCH AS THE VOODOO DESIGN ITSELF.
