Fiber glassing a bobs nose cone??

Post: # 24668Post bottomofdaboot69 »

Anyone ever fiberglass a nose cone after welding and filling it? Ive redone mine 4 times now, tried multiple different fillers and every one seems to eventually crack or chip off. Im getting tired of pulling the lower unit and redoing it. Ive thought of glassing over it so that i know it isnt going anywhere but i never seen or heard of anyone doing it. Any input?
