The paint I used was a base coat/clear coat auto paint. Sprayed through a Harbour Freight gun with a 80gal. compressor that was regulated to around 20psi. I'm no painter with minimal experience and am very excited at how it came out. I have a circle race hydro and have used the same paint on the entire hull. It was painted the same way in 2006, driven in a lot of heats of hard racing, still looks awesome!! So, I know it will hold up. Remember that paint prep. is the key!
