if it makes you feel better i didnt work on it today. Decided to work on my compressor. Replaced the oring for the 2nd time and sealed up my water trap

Hey, welcome to the forum.
That's a very interesting Vector there. It might be the most decomposed rebuild yet! Looks like the transom was cut down...maybe someone was running a 15 inch shaft back in the day.

Wow... That has to be the most rotten stream I have ever seen. But at the end of the day, that is a very good thing. Makes the tare out way easier!!!
And yes, That transom has been cut down. Like Surface Scratcher said, someone must have been running a 15" (16" if it wan an OMC) mid on that thing.

Awesome work so far! I had to rush to repair my delaminated hull last year and worked my butt off to do it in 6 weeks. I also helped Nosboss on here get his Ventura II going, well, I watched a lot, told him how he should do it, and drank his beer hahaha.

I need to fix mine as well before I get too far along and I need to find a inline dryer that works.
