I hope that's what it is, did you find anything causing the needle in the carb not to seat?

no, I sprayed the cleaner right in the seat area let it sit then gently opened and closed them several times then rinsed with mixed gas. They looked fine.

you know it was up @ 7 today gale force winds loading and unloading myself off a steep ramp. Think tomorrow will be a good day. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule.
