I think we got some moving shots somewhere this weekend. If not we will get them sometime this week down here. I brought it back from up North. I ran about 62 with 5 adults on board. I thought it was a good start. The prop is a 23 pitch. What didn't go so good? I couldn't remember which lever was trim and tilt and started by putting the jack plate all the way down. Couldn't got it to come back up after that. Running all the way down was way too low and 63 was not bad with it set that way. Also, because I want to redo the transom this winter, I didn't put any 5200 in the transom bolt holes. Getting a little leakage at the transom (I think???). The bilge pump wasn't working. It was when I dropped the boat off to get the motor replaced. I was towing about 5 gallons of water around with me. The big aluminum gas tank made it impossible to get in there and figure it out, I think it's riding a touch low in the pictures. With the jack plate down, I was getting some splash back into the well and all the way in the back of the boat until trimmed up pretty high with engine that low. I have it back in the garage this week and will work on those issues and hope to drop it next weekend around here and get some video's of it. I'll keep you posted.

Hippie, I do have some Mercury parts I bought new that I won't be using. All new throttle box, cables, ignition and kill switch and an awesome Used but in perfect condition Mercury racing prop. pm me if interested in any of the stuff. I know you are probably going foot pedal but let me know.

I hope you get it all figured out and its a simple fix. Boat looks to be sitting nicely I think.

I am already trying to get rid of a merc harness. Will need an OMC harness. Also I have the cables and everything. Just need a shifter but I think I may have one otherwise I might pick up a Nydahl from Wintech there over by you kinda. And yes, I have a hot foot foot pedal. While they can be nice (Like in my big glastron) I am just not a fan of a hand throttle. That me though.

Cant wait to see some video either.

Really like a Viirage. Need to hit the lotto. LOL. Tonight I got the Jackplate working. It was all the way down last weekend and I still did 65. Now I just need a bilge pump and all is good again. thanks Chet. Can't wait to ride with you. Bill
