Another job lost...

Well, Today I found out that my contract got canceled to the company I was doing work for (For 3 years now and also a few of the low man on the totem poll kinda thing) so I am now out of a job like the rest of the people in this wonderful economy and being self employeed there is no unemployment for me. Hopefully it wont take me long to get back into something. Custom decals anyone??

They said in 6 months though the contract will be back up again so I will have a job again in 6 months (Unless I find something better and stick with that) but with a baby on the way any day now and a boat I really want finished and a few other things this couldnt have happened at a worse time.

So unless I start selling some vinyl fast, My Semi and I are going to be looking for some new work to get us by until the contract comes back up.

Just had to share that. Been a rough day and had to get that off my chest.

Now, Who wants to take me boating to cheer me up seeing as I am kind of boatless right now!

That sucks Hip. Sorry to hear that. I'v been unemployed for 6 month? I think? or so. Im just thankful my wife make enough to keep us up and running. Good luck, i wish theer was something I could do for ya. Take a 6 month vacation and try to enjoy it.The way I look at it is, there is nothing I can do about it, I have tried to get a differant job(Not these days unless you can work for $5 an hour. I pay $6 in daycare alone) and so I figure f**k it. Ill be a stay at home dad. Check out the thread tittled: Yo Vegas XT! Good luck buddy.

If all goes right I will be back in action and the boat money will be rolling in once again.

I will find out the first part of next week if I pick up this new contract. If so watch out for my big old blue and white truck tearing up the asphalt!
