Which one is best to use, I have been told both by two different experianced boat builders I know. Im leaning towards epoxy but im just not sure.thanks,

Epoxy would be better but... vinyl ester or poly ester would be fine. My viper is done with poly. but I'm using vinyl for my vking. Epoxy is a little more forgiving if you're not familiar with glass work.

I am not a professional body guy and this is just my opinion, I don't think you can go wrong with any of them as long as you prep it correctly and take your time.

Either would be fine. Workmanship is far more important than resin choice. I would use the product you're most comfortable with.
