I have a 91 Voyager and I’m wanting to replace the rub rail ...anybody know where I would purchase one

Can you post a picture of your rail?
Phil’s Valero is aluminum with a black rubber insert.
Ron Floods newer “vasserette” has a black rubber “Edge molding”.
