Re: Building interior from scratch
Last couple days were spent on the front contour seat cushions. Piping on three sides and French seam on the fourth.
My Harbor Freight stool was not comfortable while sewing so since I wanted to try diamond pattern ,.... here it is.
Took about an hour . Drew out the pattern with chalk pencil, spray glued it to some 1/2” sew foam and went to town.

Re: Building interior from scratch
Thanks man!! So rewarding
Had some down time so I’m making a bow cover.
Same procedure as the seats, plastic for pattern, transfer to black sunbrella fabric, add 3-1/2” outside your finished edge, fold edge over twice, staple to hold and stitch. Add a binding around edge for that ultra finished look.
I got to the staple part today.

Re: Building interior from scratch
Looks incredible, Ron! I'll dish myself up some crow and say I should've done mine myself. Next time I will.

Re: Building interior from scratch
Thanks bud.
If you decide to tackle your interior, I would be available to face time if that would help. I’m super confident now.
I understand how all the pieces fit together to make the shape.
I know you would get it !!!
I fired the motor today.
Ran great,.... as long as I kept pumping the primer bulb.
The check valve in the pulse pump got warped.
Heading to get a kit tomorrow.
Today I got the rear seat back installed and the rear seat mounted.
Foot throttle adjusted and mounted, edge trim along....um,... the edge ( duh).
Passenger seat slider is due tomorrow so should be good for the weekend.
I got the bunks covered and re-attached yesterday.
Think that has me up to date.....
