Hi all 1st post here.
Ast he subject says I have just been out to a friends place to take some pictures of some boats that he wants to sell, and he has a AE21 canadian edition I/O prototype built by Jim Tucker in Hastings ON
10 yrs ago he had a dream of turning this into a 100mph boat. He removed all the original wood for a recore and that was as far as he made it.

When I started todo some research into this hull, I found this site and decided there was no better place to start my quest.
I am not sure of the year of this hull and cannot find any HIN on it anywhere (presuming it doesn't have 1 because it's a prototype). I assume it's an 88 or 89.

Hopefully someone here will have more knowledge and information on this hull.
He is looking to pass this on to someone that is willing to take on the monumental task of restoring this to it's former glory.
We are looking for as much info as we can find and maybe even an educated guess as to the worth of the hull.

I have posted it on Toronto kijiji to see what interest there would be.

Any idea of price? Not to offend, but no matter how rare it is, it's still an old boat in need of a total rebuild. Depending on what it needs for parts and pieces, I wouldn't be surprised if sub $1000 offers are predominant.

I have tried to upload pictures but was told they were too big. I also tried to post the link but was told that it looked too spamlike for a new user, so I doubt that I will be allowed to add a link to my photobucket.

It has a really nice trailer with it and has been covered the whole time, albeit outside.

I spoke to a couple guys from the Peterborough area last night and told them I would accept $1500 for the hull and another $1800 for the trailer.
Not sure if this is realistic or wheather it may be too low, but that is the prices I'm going with for now.
