get a 4 inch swim noodle and slice it up the side and slide it over the rubrail works great

Water pipe insulation from your local hardware store works just as well and already has the slit cut in it :up:

its works good too but not as thick as the swim noodle,I used the water pipe stuff to put on the windshield if I have snaps for the tonue cover , the snapps are covered and you can put a morring cover on and doesn t get worn

Hmmmmm.... I never even thought to use it across the windshield for my mooring/travel cover.......I'm gonna steal your idea....you'll receive full credit of course :mrgreen:

yes do you know what a swim noodle is? you slice it on the side and then slip it on the rubrail, I cut mine so it goes around the wing of the boat

I never thought of this either. Thanks for the idea. :D Wll have to put some on my windshields when Chet comes to shrink wrap 2 of my 3 boats sometime after the 10th. :D
