i got my jack plate high as i can be mounted on transom it has 4 inchs of travel my center of prop shaft is even to slightly below bottom of pad i need to be around a inch or so higher for my 30 cleaver to perform any way to make it go higher
If the motor is as high as possible mounted on jack then that's it. You'll have to look for another jack plate with more lift. You MIGHT get away with bolting a 1/2" thick aluminum plate to the jack extending up another 1 1/2" and bolting the motor to that. You would want to keep an eye on the plate to make sure it doesn't bend.

Got the tank, floor and transom in over mothers day. Going back to property July 26 for 10 days. May be too hot to do much then but will be back in Oct. for two weeks. Will glass deck to hull and start building interior next. All hard parts for motor are bought.
Just sold Viper last week. Waiting on check to arrive and clear before ordering jack plate and gauges.
Next summer I want to be in the water.
