First thing as far as safety is do u know if the core has ever been redone? I have a 1979 viper and my core looked like mush when i removed my floor lol. Making more progress :D laquer thinner slowly melts that white paint away. Takes awhile but should be well worth it when im done :)

Yea the core definately does come out easy in mine lol that helps a lot. I just hope im not taking on too much by doing all this. Does any one make new windshields for these? Or does anyone know how to get new ones made or maybe repair them?
