Im trying but apparently my pics a BMP's and I need them to be JPEGS damn cell phones lol. Any one got a free program to convert them

Well after kicking it around for the last month. I finally decided to pull the trigger and buy the Vegas I was looking at. 225 Rude VRO same year as the boat Hydraulic jack plate with a hot foot. I feel its propped wrong and has some for generic 4 blade stainless prop on it cant find any pitch numbers on it . Any suggestions? Pics to come tomorrow when I feel like shrinking them for the site.
