I'm not the best with the older omc's but I thought the first year or 2 were the 3.7 and after were 4.0.

I know they had a 3.6 and a 4.0 300hp so wonder if the 3.5 is the 275. Maybe Chet can educate us. LOL

I have my eye on a few motors and this just got added to my list.

That's not a bad deal.

I have ran into some bad luck with yamaha's this past year at work. I replaced 2 yamaha 4-stroke powerheads a 150 and a 225 with failed rod bearings and before this year I have never seen a 4-stroke yamaha go down. With a couple hpdi's I did more yamaha powerheads than all others combined witch is real odd. Just a bad year for them.
