The best thing to do is keep your 200 tuner, take the can out of the inside of your midsection and spend your money on a light weight flywheel.

I've got a question about those 16 holes. When I called Bob's the tech guy told me to drill all the way through inside through the exhaust housing , not just out on the outside, Anybody know anything about that? Omc 3.0 two stroke application.

These exhaust tuner adapters simulate the Merc Offshore midsection. (They are not the actual tuner)

The diagram indicates that it just screws on with 16 holes drilled in the orig. midsection... better to weld it.

Performance?...not much if any.
