the carrier bearing and seal is not hard to replace just take your carrier houseing nut off and remove theres a o ring seal in the back thats usually what goes out just be patient with it by a manuel if need be good luck

i noticed oil under my motor saturday. i drained what was left in the lower unit, and lightly pressuresied the lowerunit to look for bubbles. there is a major leak around the inner carrier seal. would someone let in know what im infor when i reseal it?
