Cut splashwell and inner transom skin, A little bit of rot around the old inline bolt holes, So Its all coming out!
Cut into the core and guess what! BLACK MUSH! Bright side is it comes out pretty easy!
Stringers wet and rotten too!

A lil bit of repair on both wings, I assume it was in some sort of accident. Bottom was painted also...

I have a bit more grinding to do around the transom and what not but im Pretty much done grinding!

Looking good. Hope mine comes apart easy when I redo it. I am thinking I am gonna pull the deck when I do mine to fix a few things. I will figure all that out come winter time though.

I wouldn't recommend it, Without the core stringers and transom the boat is terribly thin and flexible, Even leaning on the side of mine causes it to flex!
