I made it to the body shop today after a quick stop at work to weigh it again. I was hoping for 475, that way I figured with the bodywork and paint I would still be under 500. I was quite happy when I saw 448! Now I'm working on as light of rigging as I can.
I still need to decide on paint color. We were just mixing some colors today and came up with a cool metallic blue, it's close to 2005 viper blue. Then do something like the bruiser scheme?

I would like to have it finished by May but that all depends on the funds. I still need to buy the nitrous system and tear the motor back down for stiffener rings.
body work sucks. Thats why the deck on mine has taken me so long to finish. Theres nothing fun about it and when I thought I had mine knocked out, put a coat of primer on just to reveal it looked like s&$@. Things got a lill easier and results came out better when I spent the money on some good filler and got myself a long block.
Keep pushing
