Well guys I dont no how you guys feel about this but I seem to have much better luck getting a deal on motors when I just buy the whole dam boat . It seems like everybody thinks there motor is worth a ton of money . Just look at nada on a motor and it well make you cry. There like dirt bikes the minute you leave show room floor they lose half there value . Anyways Hippie there is a sweet hydrosteam on craigs in Orlando 3500$ looks like Vulture has 99 200efi plus original 175 .I no this is along way but spare motor for exsiting Vulture and one boat maybe ready for summer . Hell your a trucker anyway no hill for a climber good day down and one back. But then again Chet said these were problematic Ithink cant remember. The 200 .

What motor is it? The only motors I would be leery of is dfi of any make in the late 90's just because they were such new outboard technology.

That's not a bad deal.

I have ran into some bad luck with yamaha's this past year at work. I replaced 2 yamaha 4-stroke powerheads a 150 and a 225 with failed rod bearings and before this year I have never seen a 4-stroke yamaha go down. With a couple hpdi's I did more yamaha powerheads than all others combined witch is real odd. Just a bad year for them.
