Re: my 09 homebuilt ( stealth )
Hippie .... Thanks for the help my boating brothern !
As to the low profile , i'm kind of diggin it to man , but you should have seen the looks on my buddies faces when i fired up the chain saw and stuck it in the boat to chop the entire back height down i knew what i was doing , but they just couldn't see it .... that was the easy part ...
the back deck has a steeper arch from the front to the back changing from one support to the next
That imatation windshield was a REAL chore as i kept the line of it to look like it was origanal .
the new dash and continued side walls were built out of quarter inch starboard / plenty of support / with the origanal plywood tore out of the back side of the dash... mind you this use to be a center steer .. x ..drag boat ( no names ) and could be switched back in about 1 hr of work ( it fits in the gauge hole perfect )
the bottom ... was dbl stepped and shaved , sharpend edges , and course gel coated to break the surface suction , yet i see even another step that can be done is why i have told this much she's fliing perfectly ballenced top speeds but the tork on the steering is horrible ! still working on that one
the transom is origanal holes with a 10 " pro jacking plate , but i had to top it out just to get level with the pad .....
hmmmm , money , throw me a rope cause i'm in DEEP ... like everybody else for the love of
that not me in the pic !

SWEET ! There's nothing wrong with that and a great looking boat too ! I looked all thru those pics and they did a nice job .
I have alot of ideas for the one I'm working on , but man it's hard to do it all , maybe one day I can meet the rt man to do some side venture with and mold this one out with a combonation of carbon and ect .
one step at a time and i will have some gps numbers real soon !
