Got all the bad wood out. Drilled 20 holes into transom only one was damp. Polished it up with poly floor polish. Stringers are Rock solid. Was planning on laying up a layer of glass Matt after the grinding and sanding was done. I have one place where I went too deep and I can see gelcoat from inside.. then laying marine grade plywood in bottom. For the very center. Then glass again then another layer of ply between the stringers. Glass again. Glass over stringer tops. Rebuild seat box and glass it in. Prime and rattle can it.

Aldo I'm probably going g to have to have the trim pump rebuilt. It's slow as all hell. But maybe it will work better when I finish the rewiring. Steering is kind of dragging but not bad.
