Looking for a Vector or Viper under 6,000
When i was little my father died when i was 9. He had a Hydrostream. Everything was sold off, including his pride and joy. Me and my brothers vowed to find one and get one that was taken from us as kids. It doesnt have to be blue or immaculate, but it does have to be a sound boat with a trailer and motor. Please keep me in mind.
Thanks crew.

Re: Looking for a Vector or Viper under 6,000
We may be towing our Viper right by you in 15 days. It's for sale but over your price unfortunately.
Whatever boat you find, make darn sure the balsa core is good. Not many left with a dry core. No easy way to know without pulling a few core samples. A well documented recore would be best. Recored boats will generally be 2-3k more in price. Add that much again if there is a fresh interior.
We're planning on heading over to the Hydrostream shin dig in Minn on the 20th. Gonna drive 23 hrs each way just to spend a day (or two) with a great group of guys.

Re: Looking for a Vector or Viper under 6,000
There is a complete rebuild thread over at Scream and Fly of Rons boat. Its amazing how it turned out. It should have went to the dump but like most of us crazies, he saved it like a champ!HydrostreamWannabe wrote:Thats a beautiful boat Ron.
