Going thur my boat complete an found everything need to be replace core, floor an transom, any ideas

Not sure if you know but there is core under the side boxes....nice and rotten keep hacking away

oh yeah I know, just need to get the hull supported an delete them all together an just put stringer there from the back straight up

Also, GET THAT MOTOR OFF THERE! :up: Really though, I would really get that motor off of there without the deck on there before you start ripping to much of the structural stuff out of there. It should have come off long before the deck came off to be honest. Would hate to see you put it all back together and the weight of the motor flexed the hull while there was no core or stringers in it and it never go back together right and end up with something that will never drive right. These hulls will flex and move very easy and can get out of shape very easy without the deck on them.

Other then that, Its looking great. Keep the pictures coming though. You have any pictures of what it looked like before you started working on it?

Oh yeah have pictures before the tear down, got a lot don this afternoon
