Fun2, its amazing how much water those things move. A lot of people really don't understand what happens when one goes by. Don't worry, I dont have a boarder thing. I belonged to a boat club for many years and we had alot of clubs visit and the most fun one was a canadian club that would come twice a year. A lot of fun!!!

Saginaw. I'm up by Oscoda now, with the beautiful Au Sable River.

if this darn weather pattern ever gets it right.
Last year at this time I know I had already burned more than 1 tank full :)
This year I filled it up..err.. has to be over a month ago.
Jobbie...if June's date is the first warm weather weekend..chances are I'll be around.
I'm hoping for running before then.
I can be to gull island..rather quickly in the stream.
Perhaps it best to post some time frames to shot for in general?

Yea this weather is suckin. I'm going to the nooner for sure in the stream. Have you ever been to the muscamoot raftoff? I usually go to that too. I don't get in the raft, I hang on the back side by Harsens.

Was out on st clair today.
Decent day , perfect stream chop.. but kind of cool temps. The water is still cold.
Had a friend with me and his 7 year old.
Ran up on 4 guys on jet skis.. almost in the middle of the lake.. surely on the Canadian side looking for gull island. How they missed it I do not know!! They where lost.
Anyway.. we ran the lake to bring them to gull.. the peddle was itchen to run them..but the 7 year old held the stream speed in check.
As much as I like smoking wet bikes.. Just my thing .. 55 mph is it when kids are on board.

I cannot confirm Yes or No at this point.
I can say I’d like to.. I can say the event is fun.
If the weather is poor…ie windy for streams I will not cross.
I do have the option of the cruiser.
Answer is I do not know.
I do know..good weather days if we can set it up..I’ll run across the bay in a heart beat to have a refreshment with other stream owners. Any weekend.. Jobbie or not.

I'm planing on it, weather permiting of course. Not going to hang all day though. Stuff gets stupid sometimes. I call it play by ear. We can make plans to meet up anytime! A quick run through the flats for me.
